Who is Monique Wade Sno?
I am 27 years old and the mother of an energetic, inquisitive toddler. My educational background is in Industrial & Systems Enginering and I’m also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. I have titled myself as the DMAIC Diva and Process Perfectionist because I love to break things down and translate them in non-technical terms.

I’m a certified Google junkie and have knack for looking things up online or researching.  I think you can find many things free online, so I have a lot of resources in my memory bank.  I enjoy connecting online and feel that Social Media is the key to make the world flatter.
