Hi, this is Monique here and I just wanted to share with you that short video that my daughter did to show you a couple of points related to video marketing. My daughter did a couple of things that were really, really interesting in that video. She’s been watching me prepare this website socialmarketability.com and she just picked up a couple of things. The first thing that she did that was really, really great and why we should all market like a 5-year old is she was confident. Some of the things she said didn’t really make sense. Sometimes she talked about a cook show, sometimes she talked about some kind of invention, but she was confident in whatever she was saying. Not only that, she did not one but two calls to action. She gave that website specped something, something, something (Simone background: “P”) .com That’s right baby, p.com. You’re right baby. So, I’m saying that to encourage you. Because if she can be The Little Marketer That Could, you can be that marketer too. You can get in front of the camera, just like I am and be able to deliver impact in your videos in using that to leverage your marketing today. And not only that, just having all these video platforms is just an enormous opportunity to give your content legs and let it travel. So, again I want to emphasize the fact that she did a few things right. The confidence was great, her inflections were great, she did a call to action. She had a welcome and an exit. She said bye-bye see you next time; inviting you to come back. So those are just a few tips that you can learn from The Little Marketer That Could. And wait, I have one more extra tip for you. If you get nervous, if you’re in doubt. Here’s one thing you can do to pep up your videos that will make it absolutely magnetic.
